My Asia I fell in love with Cambodia in 2002. I am fortunate enough to now be able to enjoy regular trips. I hope you enjoy following me and that the information is useful to some!

Phnom Penh AGAIN!!

OK, so this is just fun times and a bit of shopping, which we did hit the Central Market hard and got some great bargains (or most likely paid the same as everyone else, but we think they are bargains!. I would say that  Central Markets are better than the Russian Markets and perhaps a bit cheaper too.

We eat alot, drink alot and walk a bloody lot in our almost three days in PP this time!

We enjoyed a Girls night out with the lovely Tori from the Riki who was in town for a break, we hit the FCC's ( Foreign Correspondants Club) happy hour a little too well and enjoy a nice snack platter and wander off tipsy to the night market. Not quite what we thought it would be and has more of a carnival type feel to it and is for the locals more than the tourists but we did have fun, giggling our way around. We stopped of a for a "nice pot of tea" on the way home and snuggle up in some gorgeous wicker chairs along the river front.

I did buy my DVD's from the Sorya Mall this time at $1 a DVD, the usual shop "New World DVD's" near the FCC is $1.50 and is usually good quality but the girl in the one at Sorya was lovely and honest and told me when things were'nt a good quality or not, so we will see!

Our time in Phnom Penh was spent wandering about  and enjoying doing not a lot!

We really do not want to go home!
