Kevin went riding with Michael and Andrew. I went to the gym and then to the pool after my workout. It is a hot humid day today and the breeze is hot and unpleasant. Stayed at the pool until 3ish. Went home and dropped everything off before heading into town. I was on a mission to buy a hammock. The lady I decided to bargain with started at VND 150k and I told her Mac wa (too expensive) and she laughed at me. We did this for a little bit and I told her I lived here. She finally dropped her price to VND 100k which I agreed to pay. What fun. On the way back I ran into Hien and her mother and brother who were out buying new shoes for the start of school. Hein is feeling better and said she would be at her lesson tomorrow. I then went to my scarf lady and bought some for gifts. A quick shower and I was out the door to meet Monika, JA, Michelle and her two daughters at Hong Kong Restaurant. A typical VN that only had one menu in English. We ordered a mixture of dishes to share. Mikayla, Michelle's youngest daughter has an interest in henna and she asked if anyone would volunteer so she could practice. I off course said yes and arranged to meet her in the morning. After dinner we went to O’Malley’s Irish to listen to Michael and Emma play in their duet. Kevin had eaten at Hoa Hien and then gone to O’Malley’s. We stayed until they finished playing and then headed home.
