Last minute washing and cleaning this morning. Finished packing and suitcase ove 20kgs, so had to repack and leave some gear behind. Headed to the gym about 10.30 and did over an hour workout. I again ran on the treadmill and could feel it in my left hip. Vicky was already at the gym and so once we finished we went to the pool to cool off. Vicky headed off shortly after as she was going to a photography opening in the old town. I stayed until 3pm and then went home to type up an itinerary for NZ as my brother Gary had requested a copy. Took longer than I thought and so I then only had time for a quick shower before heading to the Korean house to meet Garry and Vicki. We ordered the clay pot which Jerry had said was like snitzel and one serving of the fried pork. Well Jerry got it arse about, the clay pot was a lovely rice and vegetable dish and the fried pork was the snitzel. For the three of us it only cost VND 117k or just over $7 including beers. Certainly will be back. We then rode to bowls where Garry was the organiser for the night. There was only 6 players and me, so they played triples until Bee and Phu arrived. Soon after 5 other new comers arrived and I took them to instruct them on the game. They were younger, in their 20’s and 30’s and they enjoyed the game. On the way home I dropped the motorbike at Dung’s and Vang will pick it up on Sunday when she gets back from the wedding.
