Kevin was off riding and I headed to Yoga at the beach. After yoga I went with Jane, Megan and Sarah (a German living in Ireland who had worked on placement at Fusion Mia last year and was now on a 2 week holiday before starting full time work in Ireland) and Kate (chef from USA) to Soul Kitchen where we planted ourselves. We went swimming before ordering coffee and some who had breakfast. The water was crystal clear and so very nice at 7.45am. Jane left to give a massage and Kate had to leave as well. I sat with Megan and Sarah and we just chatted. Megan left just before lunch and Kevin showed up briefly before he headed to LaPlage where he was going to have lunch. Sarah and I ordered at Soul Kitchen. I headed back early afternoon so I could listen to the listening recordings for my afternoon lesson with Hien. Hien again struggled with the vocabulary used and was not able to link certain words. Vang sent a message that Wing had been to the doctor and that he was ok, didn't have diabetes which we thought could be a possibility. He is just grossly overweight and needs to eat more vegetables. I say Good luck with that! For dinner we headed to 5 Phan Chau Trinh St (our favourite street) to Hola Taco a Mexican restaurant where we ordered chicken enchiladas. We felt like something different to noodles and rice. The serving was a good size and it was very tasty but just not heated enough, or enough cheese on it. Prices were more expensive at VND 330k or just over $20 for both, including a beer each. While we were eating we noticed across the street a drinks stall set up with a lot of little table and chairs. We wondered over after we had finished and asked what it was. It was milk tea, Chan Ga Sa Ot and there were various flavours, green tea, peach tea etc. Kevin chose peach tea with coloured jellies. He was over the moon and sat chatting up a couple of young girls at the next table while he sipped his drink.
