Kevin rode with Michael on a sprint to Fusion Mia in Danang and they recorded their best times with an average speed of 30.1 kph. I rang Shauni to discuss Eb’s wedding girls day. As we will be travelling to Queenstown on the Thursday we have opted to go for dinner with the group. I did some needed bathroom cleaning on my hands and knees with a scrubbing brush. It is amazing how quickly mound appears in the humidity. Vinegar is a wonder cleaner together with Vim for the floors. I headed off at 8am for a treatment with Jane at Nomad Yoga. She gave me a very deep massage which is just what I needed. Kevin was due at 9.30 but he got lost and rang a number of times looking for further directions. He finally arrived at 10am. I left Kevin having a treatment and headed to the print shop to print off some more IELTS material. I ran off 4 more books and manuals. Cost VND 240k. I then called past Minh Bahn Mi shop for my favourite chicken and cheese Bahn Mi. Finally it was to the gold shop to change some more money. The rate continues to drop and is VND 16,100. Kevin came back from his treatment and was again pleased with the session and how his shoulder felt. I had a lesson with Tri late afternoon. Kevin went into town to the gold shop to change money. I picked Kevin up and we headed to Minh’s vegetarian for a quick bite before lawn bowls. There were not as many people this week and we set up 9 people to play scrounges, scoring 3,2,1. They played for 30 min and then a new group played. It has been a very hot day today 37C at 70% humidity and no breeze so it is very draining being out there for 30 min. I did not participate as it is just too heavy and my shoulder would not cope. I sat and chatted with Vicki, from Sellicks in Adelaide and Kate, from Sydney. Kevin sat and played with the guys which was good to see.
