Kevin was off riding again at 5.30 while I went to yoga at the beach for 6.15am. The lesson today was a little easier as I spoke with Natalie and Rahoul (the yogi). They had also done some research on hip replacements and had some suggestions for me. Afterwards I went back to Jane’s for a treatment of reflexology. My hands and feet certainly have lots of sore spots when she is doing it and she says this is indicative of my shoulder, back, hips and hand problems. Kevin came down and also had a second treatment on his shoulder. He is very happy with the work Jane is doing. I helped Nigel set up a cloud to put the TESOL files. I headed into town to get a Bahn Mi for lunch and then to the gold shop to change some money. The rate has dropped further to VND 16,200. I called in at Betel on my way back to drop off the money for our electricity bill, which is VND 1.2M or A$75 for 4 weeks. Very expensive due to the air conditioning we are running. At 12.30 we headed to Danang on the scooter and went to the bike shop where Kevin wanted to buy a variety of things. At the first shop he only got a water bottle while I got a couple more soft seats and some arms (only $6) for bowls. We went to a couple of other bike shops near Big C and Kevin bought 2 jerseys and Knicks for VND 500k each, $30. We then went to Metro where I wanted to get some things, especially some red wine. I went for a cask of French Cab Sav. Will be interesting to see what it is like. We got home around 4.30pm. Kevin went into town to change some money and I had a rest. I wasn't hungry so Kevin went alone to dinner at Hoa Hien. He had the eggplant in clay pot and came home raving about it. He also got free nougat which impressed him.
