The World According to Trav

last night i was felling much better but i still couldn't sleep so my dad gave me this pill that would help me fall asleep and it had a pretty big punch! within 5 minutes of me taking the pill i was out cold and didn't move for the rest of night. i had around 13 hours of well need sleep that night. i woke up the next morning feeling great and we just relaxed the hole day. my dad, brother and i got some really good massages and then went to the hot springs but they dont use chlorine in the pools so they were discussing. so instead we went into beautiful river and it was so cool. the rest of the day we just rested.
