THe drive to get to THailand materializes into a nagging voice in the back ground, a voice that periodically says go learn more about this country, the land and the people. Maybe the inspiration started with my young fried Tonio, who has family there himself. Nevertheless, the journey starts Feb 3rd and the ride itself will be a 25 hour time lapse for us as we journey across the world, through several time zones and ultimately ending up in another world so different than the one I know. I will travel with Buddies Mary ann, Kristie lou and LBBAT. Our arrival will be late at night in the walled city of Chaing mai. While there we will visit the Hill tribes and the national park to the south.
