This photo was taken from the view of my hotel room as Ayers Rock caught the last glimpse of sun setting over her body. The peaceful ambiance and serene silence echoed throughout the remote outback. The only sound you could hear was the pounding heart beat of the mighty formation flowing blood through Australia's earth as magic and wonderment filled the air.

It's extremely rare to witness a rainbow in any desert due to the lack of rainfall. I was lucky enough to see this vibrancy of colour appear in contrast to the grey sky after a sunshower, shining brightly over the camel farm.

I was sitting atop a camel's back watching the sun greet the morning sky as it transformed Australia's most famous landmark into a purple jewel. It's beauty shone resplendently as the sky cast an array of radiant colours awakening the rich red earth of the Australian outback.
