China in a nut shell My dealings with China

Football Sunday

CHINA | Tuesday, 31 August 2010 | Views [376] | Comments [1]

day i went to the school prepared some lessons and had some banter with people at the school. I viewed a lesson of Freds which was great and the kids were really nice. I had a nice lunch there of assorted vegetables and duck! very tasty.

Later i went with Hugh to a west vs east football game on the outskirts of Huizhou. I watched and chatted to some other western supporters whilst our team demolished their chinese opposition. 10 - 2 or something close with quite a few disallowed goals. The Chinese team were so quick!!!! It was very hot and a concrete stand so sitting was a tad sore on the buttocks. But it was great to watch and meet other teachers from other schools.

Great to see all the pictures. My only concern is it looks like a ghost town - not one single person!! Where are they all? xx
