Yet another change of plans. When I came down to reception at the lodge this morning to ask about my job the people who were working knew nothing about it. I was then told that there was no work for me so I didnt have a job. I was then told that the reception were phoning the manager to ask about it. So now it turns out I'm working for 2 days, not ideal but better than nothing. I was going to have to stay for 2 extra days anyway to be able to catch the next Kiwi Bus so that suits me fine.
This afternoon I'm told I'll be stacking logs. Oh I cannot wait.
I think that after my 2 days are done here I might look for fruit picking down in Nelson, the next stop after Wellington. There is supposidly a lot of fruit picking down there.
