My nephew spent several weeks in Singapore and this fruit is banned from the hotels due to its UNIQUE fragrance. He works for a research lab in New Hampshire and found it at an Asian Market. I have eaten dogs and monkeys in Viet Nam and always try anything once ( unless it is looking at me) When I opened the fridg, despite it being in a plastic ipper bag I immediately noticed the odor of GOOD cheese. It stunk terribly, but being the adventurer I am I indulged. Slightly , I might add! What a taste. Not something I would make ice cream out of like the
people of Singapore people do but hey what the hell! If it floats your boat run it to the finish line. Maybe if I lived there I could acquire a taste but I live in the US where there are far tastier animals and fruit to devour.

You guys just don't know how to eat it! In my opinion, it tastes delicious! However, the smell DOES put me off. So I hold my nose while eating. For its unique taste, it's worth stinking up the house once in a while.
