While waiting for the bus to leave Phonsavon bound for Xam Neua, I noticed that the bus next to mine had a huge cage strapped to the back of it, with the cutest dog inside....don't wanna know his destiny.....
You can tell by the frost on the windows how bitter cold it was in the mornings here...

Another shot from the early morning at the bus depot in Phonsavon. The man has a cart of steamed dumplings, and the girls are selling baguettes to the passengers through the bus window.
