My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

I have always loved photography and have started travelling the world, which has increased my fascination with capturing a moment in time. One of the things I really enjoy about photography is that there is so much to learn and there is always room to improve on my skills and style.

I am a digital marketer who loves learning, advising and sharing my knowledge. I have a dream of being able to travel while helping organisations/not-for-profits with their online presence through digital marketing and photography. I want to take pictures that capture moments in time that will move people and help them gain wider support. Later this year while travelling through Latin America I am going to volunteer at a wildlife reserve, and am trying to improve and develop my photography skills so I can help make a difference.

I hope my Lapland photographs will not only share an insight into Sami life, but also show how much I want to be chosen for the invaluable opportunity to learn and develop my skills in photography through the Scholarship.
