Reservations for Two: Surf, Sunset & Sausage Sizzle
AUSTRALIA | Monday, 26 February 2007 | Views [1293]
One of those moments you don't forget - spent the day wine tasting and lazing in the sun on beautiful beaches. Heading back to cook dinner, we spotted a great sunset cliff to view the amazing Margaret River sets rolling in. We stopped there, and chopped up fresh garlic, fresh olive oil from a local vineyard, homemade sausages from the local butcher, fresh, crispy rocket and tomatoes for a beautiful salad, and a special cellar door only release of Mad Fish Carnelian red wine - topped off with a gorgeous red sunset, rainbow to the east, and Tim Tams. A perfect evening that even a restaurant couldn't top.
