Boat Trip!

Yes that is right people we went on a boat but I will get to that later okey dokey?

Ok on Saturday I don't think we did anything too important except watch movies. Then after we had a dinner of lamb which I COOKED and Parci helped a bit, we we see Teabag, aka Tom. His home reminded me of a smokey sauna and his cat is very cute. It's called pollux and I think it has a kind of asian face. Parci agrees with me but Tom doesn't for some reason. In fact, Parci sees Polux as a Fat Asian which I think is a bit harsh but still true. Anyhoo we watched Jackie Brown and couldnt really follow the whole thing very well. Then we walked home.

Sundaaaaaaay we got up late, ate, then around 5pm we got a bus to the city as usual and went on the boat trip that we had free tickets for! it went for nearly an hour and took us all over Gent and even though the tour was in Dutch it was still good. I took pictures of buildings and cant remember their names anymore but you can see some of them in the new gallery. and I also uploaded a new gallery for Friday night so you can see pictures of Kenneth, Tamara, Bob and Co, and others.

Then after the boat trip we went for a walk then after the walk we went home and were supposed to cook dinner but I started blowing bubbles outside and scared Minouche with them and then Parci joined me and it was fun. I like bubbles. Then eventually after an hour or so Parci cooked dinner for us and we watched the first part of trainspotting before realising it was getting late and we were supposed to meet Erwin again so we went off to the city. It was a good time! Parci and I went on a ride and we had to sit in the seats thing and get spun around and moved up and down really fast. I loved it :D I thought it was for babies coz it looks little but it actually goes really really fast and it feels like you are going to be thrown out of the seat which is fun. Erwin was too scared to go on the ride with us which was a shame. When we got off I realised that two of the other people on the ride with us was an old couple in their 60s or older something. I thought that was very brave of them. Thennnnn we had to find toilets for poor Erwin's bladder and  the two boys bought more beer and I had a lovely fanta again. We bought fries and a burger and more liquids and made many toilet trips for Parci and Erwin and we met some bunnies and left Erwin in the rain. xD

Later on we went to see the park where stoned hippies are and some random kid started talking to us coz he and Parci went for the same soccor team so they were like, best friends for five minutes. not really, but that seems to be how it is sometimes.

"Hey do you go for the Buffalos?"

"Yes!!!"

"OHMYGOSH let's talk for half an hour and exchange numbers and you can be my friend!!!"

I think that kind of mutual relationship between men is universal. Same sports team= let me buy you a drink maaaaan

The adolescent boy who was talking to us tried to talk english to me which I thought was sweet because he couldnt pronounce some of the words and used them the qwrong way around a bit, but then I thought about how I must sound when I attempt to speak Dutch. Must be amusing. Anyway, the boy was disappointed that I do not follow Belgian soccor or the tour le france cycling thing because apparantly I should be greatly interested in these topics.

Then we had a man come up to us with a tin box and said we could take something out of the tin if we liked, but we had to give something back into it. He was a really funny guy though. inside the tin were beads, some coins, someones number, a glass from the floor, and an empty bottle of beer. he spoke to us in english and then Parci asked him in dutch if he was from gent and the guy said yes he was and then parci asked (still in dutch) if he could speak dutch and the guy was like :| yes i can.

Ok maybe you aren't laughing at this now but it was funny at the time. Wasn't it Erwin. I can see you nodding.

As usual we got home a tad early in the morning. I couldnt sleep so I got back up and watched Trainspotting then went back to bed around 7:30am. And sort of slept until 12ish i think.

Tonight is something to do with soccor fans and choosing the new team or something. I don't really know but the men seem to be excited about it.

So I shall report back on how that goes.

Thank you for the comments Filip, Erwin, Parci, and 'Stan the Man'. oh yes I have heard stories about you Stan. Maybe I'll meet you one day.

Great to hear everyone is reading!

Turns out that a LOT more people than I thought read this, because I meet people I've never seen before and they say they read this so GOOD WORK I hope my english is up to standards!
