Left Managua before 9am and made it to Leon before 11am. Very smooth microbus ride and the timing meant we could make the most of our day.
We checked in at the Tortuga Booluda hostel and caught up with a friend we met in El Salvador. Spent the day checking out Leon and sampling some of the local fare at the food market. I couldn't translate what I aye but it tasted good & that's pretty much the important part.
It poured down with rain most of the afternoon so we chilled out at the hostel with some other ppl who were doing the same before cooking up & sharing a dinner feast with new friends.
A very quiet night of good conversation.
