After our Oaxacan feast & salsa debut we were set for a slow Sunday.
We managed a run (well Lindy smashed out 15kms, I did about 7kms) and then lazed about the house having a slow brunch.
With storm clouds lingering & thunder grumbling we decided to spend the afternoon checking out the Museo Jumex which is touted to be the Mexican equivalent of Mona. It was nothing particularly like Mona in architecture or art but did have an excellent communist puppet comedy screening which was very clever.
To continue on our afternoon of culture we visited Claire's favourite French bakery for a super-sized hot chocolate & little sweet treat.
We are now settled in with cups of tea & our books for a little down time before putting a curry on for dinner :)
The perfect way to spend a stormy Sunday.
