I´m going baaaaack!
I Only know that less than two weeks... ok, let´s be anal retentive:
It is 13 days, 20 hours, 52 minutes and 34 seconds until Saturday, 12 de Maio de 2007, 19:40:00 when I´m flying to Dublin!
Do you think I´m anxious for my trip? What gave you this idea? heheh
Basically I´m counting down since it was 60 days for the trip, so yes, I´m really anxious to go.
I´m planning this since last year, I´ve bought the flight ticket on January, and the train tickets one by one each month.
Today I´ve bought the travel insurance and booked the hostel in Madrid. I´ve spoken with my host in Ireland, written several emails for my host in Edinburgh and I even called up Gisbert to chat a little. I miss the graying man. I also left a message for Elli in Zurich. Hope she has the time to hear it.
Tickets GRU_MADMAD_DUB are ok
Tickets Dublin-Edinburg are ok.
Tickets London-Tours are ok.
Tickets Paris-Bielefeld are ok.
Tickets Osnabruck-Zurich are ok.
Tickets ZUR_MADMAD_GRU are ok.
The only legs missing are:
the Train Edinburgh to London - The first scot rail website does not accept Mastercard credit cards issued outside UK. Neither they generate cute PDF tickets as the citynightline.ch or the die nachtzug.de do. So, even if I was to buy the ticket, I would still have to collect it ath the Booth in the trainstation. And that´s bad.
The train Tours - Paris - That website from SNCF is a nightmare! I couldn´t figure out head nor tails or toes or whatever on it. Or maybe just my French sucks... whatever.
