Farewell Portland

Imagine a place...

Imagine a place...

6:45am - Wake up. Ahhh, I got time.

Blink once.

7:30am - Second wake up. Shit!! Oh well, I still got time.

Ha ha ha!

------------

I am sure everybody has experienced this. My breakfast entailed a huge bowl of oats, a banana and a truck load of cinnamon. Immediately following this I decided to consume not one, but TWO large baguettes. I think the idea of only eating 2 smallish meals over the next ten days has me subconsciously panicing.

I just had another feast before I am picked up in half an hour...

I had already eaten the other half of the eggplant..

Yesterday I visited the worlds SMALLEST park. I don't know how to describe it, other than it being tiny. I was amused.

Other than that, the past 2-3 days have been very lazy. I haven't done much, but that is why I came to Portland. I do like it here, despite it being wet, a lot. It's cozy, small and a really chilled out place.

I've been for a hike, had a big workout and cooked and cooked and cooked. I have also spent a fair bit of time in Powells book store, where I have now added to the load of my bag. It's all okay though because the dryer has shrunk my clothing (unintentionally) which has made room for the new books. AND it also means that my shirts and jumpers are no longer hanging off me. They have shrunk with my physical body - all is square.

It's time to put my laptop away and go focus on the inner me.

See you in 10 days!
