Misi & spent an unfortunate portion of her 2 days here stooping into a selection of the countless homestays up & down the gongs of Ubud looking for a 'home' for me for the next 2 weeks. Our answer ended up being next door (across the rice paddy) from Nick's on a very quiet (and far) edge of town – Puji Bungalows – 4 simple rooms in a row facing the paddy. Simple and beautiful. As sweet a hermitage as any ascetic could ask for.
