Today we
went to Pisa to see the Leaning Tower (or town according to the guide).
The tower is a lot smaller than I thought it would be but Pisa has some cool
history and its pretty amusing because everything in Pisa is leaning, not just
the tower. After we came home, Morgan and I got pizza from the pizza place by
our apartment. I’m sad we only just discovered it because the pizza is really
good but it’s probably better for the Italian child I’m growing inside me if I
don’t eat more pizza. I don’t want to make it twins, haha! After the pizza, we
went to Magi and bought 3 bottles of 1.80 euro wine. After stopping by to see
Francesco and having him convince us to go out, we came home to watch the last
disk of Friends and drink our wine. Needless to say, 3 bottles of wine later,
we were feeling great! We ended up heading out around 1 and just going to the
Blob. Francesco called to see where we were and when we said we were just
leaving, he told us we wouldn’t make it to Luna so just go to Blob. When we got
to Blob, there was like no one there so we just had a beer with Jamie and
Franchie showed up a little bit after that. They didn’t have a dj so Franchie
and Jamie took turns dj-ing for a while and it was pretty amusing. Basically,
Morgan and I and occasionally were the only ones dancing. Since we went out so
late, the time flew by and by the time we got home it was 5!
