I’ve loved photography for as long as I can remember, and taking pictures continues to put the biggest smile on my face. Having the opportunity in high school to study black and white photography, with an old manual Nikon from the 70’s, solidified my passion for this art form. Learning to develop my own negatives and enlarge images in the dark room was incredible and having my own dark room in my home continues to be a dream of mine. Since then I’ve expanded my horizons, with my new Nikon D3100 as my side kick on various international and local adventures documenting my travels and daily activities. Traveling is another huge passion. I am fascinated by different cultures and have always had the desire to experience new places. Being a huge nature and outdoors enthusiast with deep roots in northern Ontario, skiing and camping has instilled in me a great appreciation for nature, no fear of new surroundings and the chill, down to earth demeanour of a backpacker who welcomes change, and is constantly in motion. I am a quick learner, have a keen eye and am seeking to further enhance my photography skills, to explore, and work relentlessly towards capturing that perfect shot.
