    Title: Rich Flavours Caption:Indonesian food is of the most flavourful I’ve ever experienced, spice being a main component. While this woman sold more than chili peppers, it depicts how vibrant the flavours, and symbolically the colours of each item are. This photo also demonstrates a different physical set up for selling her goods. While many of the vendors were on chairs and had small tables, this woman chose to sit on the floor, and operating her business from lower down. by: ellbehindthelens Views[396] Title: A smile is the same in every language Caption: Walking through the market, we met many of the vendors who were surprised, yet happy to have us there. We witnessed the entire process and them purchased a bag of the freshest coconut you could possibly get. Freshness is not compromised in Indonesia for convenience. One of the dishes we were learning to cook was called Mangut Ikan, battered fish served in a spicy coconut broth with greens and tomatoes.
