Title: Fresh Catch of the Day
Caption:Fish is a huge part of Indonesian dishes. One of the dishes we were learning to cook was called Mangut Ikan, battered fish served in a spicy coconut broth with greens and tomatoes. This woman offered a variety of types of fish and filleted the fish right in front of your eyes.
