The lunch included bread, starter, entree, then dessert followed by espresso. So much food I didn't need to eat till the next day. Chile is famous for their fish so shrimp for starters then salmon cooked over a open fire. I call this the South American Jagger Bomb. Alcohol followed by a shot of caffeine.
