We arrive very late and thankfully have organised our taxi so for the first time we are met at the airport with a man waving our names, thnkfully he has waited for us s we land 2 hours late. We then hacve a very interesting taxi ride, Peruvian taxi drivers are even worse than Mexican ones.
We arrive at the One hostel outside Lima centre at about 11pm and a very nice secuirty guard was waiting for us to show us our room, whihc is fab. The whole hostel is lovely it look like a proper house and we are treated very well.
We spend the morning in the city centre, we visited the main square and surrounding area, very nice, much better than expected as we had been warned Lima was not very nice, but the small section we saw was very nice.
We then spent the afternoon back near or hostel and walked to the beach, down a long path way, which takes us from the top of the cliff down right to the beach, where we see the sun go down.
Next day we get a very early taxi back to Lima airport.
