in a couple of weeks im off again - heading north to check out more of the coastline :) dunno how far il
get, buit im sure itl be alot of fun! im gonna travel with Ross again (one of the guys i drove across from adelaide with). unfortunately his
car has been declared un-roadworthy, but ive got one now. shes a rusty old subaru wagon, as yet un-named. well, not that rusty really, but
she's starting to show her age ;)
last wkend was a pretty big event - we had the rainbow warrior II visit
us here in perth (in fremantle actually). the ship has been doing a tour
round NZ & Aus comemorating the 20th anniversary of the bombing of the
1st rainbow warrior, in auckland. ove the wkend there were at least 2500
people that went on board for tours around the ship! i was doing the
fundraising work on the dock beside the ship with a few other people :)
it was a hell of a low of fun :) even got a wee bit sunburnt too! we had
a party on board the ship on sat nite too! pretty once in a lifetime
experience ay!! met heaps of cool people involved with greenpeace
locally & the crew from the ship :) one of the well known local
musicians came & played some songs for us too :) awesome!!!

unfortunately i dont have photos of my own, cos my camera disappeared a
couple of weeks ago. hopefully il get some pics off some other people
soon & put them on the site with my other photos
