Bray tweaked his back last night so today was a bit of a write off.
Roni had a few ibuprofen left and he popped those then spent most of today on his back after a brief excursion to sort our next travel step :-(
To pass the time Roni investigated postage rates, looked at bookshops, paid for our bus to Phonsavan on Wednesday, had coffee and a pastry while reading and returned home with kai for the invalid. A quiet afternoon had - Bray still resting, Roni had a bit of a rub of the back and found her voltaren so Bray got more drugs, yay!
He felt a bit better in the evening so we ventured out to 'food alley'...we got a whole fish on a stick - yum! Also a local special salad, fresh vege spring rolls and some chicken for Bray (not much of a fish fan). After that feed we walked it off - sifting around town, looking for the pharmacy and walking by the Mekong.
Eventually headed home for a quiet Beer Lao on the deck with cards, chats and geckos. Nice.
