We packed up in the morning again - in case of moving accomodation...then at reception they said not to bother and just to stay here for our last night :-) Score!
On the bikes after a yummy breakfast this morning and off to An Bang Beach. We got there early enough to beat the hordes too :-) There were just a few Hoi An locals having a morning swim before work/school.
An Bang beach is BEAUTIFUL. We left our bikes in the shade and set up shop near the water. Roni went straight in...the water is totally clear, you can see the bottom all the way out! Bray followed suit soon after she returned to the sand.
We relaxed, chatted to a girl who sells things on the beach in the daytime and goes to classes at night to become a teacher, bought a paper from a guy who sells them on the beach for his job and went in and out of the water as we got hot.
The sand got REALLY hot and by then there were more people around - everyone scampering to the water going, "Ooh! Ouch!" :-) Lunch then back to the water for a while - the sun was roasting!
A breeze came up so we biked home while it was there to cool us off en route.
Home to de-salt and de-sand then out walking. We both realised we had got a little pink (Roni VERY much so) so retired to K.Q Pub for our first mojito of the trip to help ease the pain. :-)
We played a few games of pool there while eating our complimentary peanuts before going to dinner.
Home after that to relax.
