This is an extremely brief update as we have to be out of here by 0530 tomorrow!
Election day in Bangkok today and from what we saw polling went smoothly.
Today in brief...Vimanmek Mansion (VERY cool!), the Queen's Gallery, Democracy Monument, White Elephant Shrine and 'Khao San Road', much walking, some more local bus taking - and locals meeting!
A couple of higlights were the mansion, SQUIRRELS at the Supreme Court and the tree lined walk of Government Ministries.
p.s. Anna - if you're reading this...we found the National Library and it is COOL.
