    Sunrise at Chaukhamba. This peak is also sometimes referred as Kedar Peak. At Syalsaur, Uttrakhand, India. This is the first morning when I walked out to see the sunrise over the Mandakini River. As the light struck and cleared the sky, this marvelous huge massif named Chaukhamba came to light. It felt a sense of serene beauty filling my soul and I started to fill my eyes with the breathtaking view. Mandakini is the most calm and composed rivers which flows through the Indian Himalayas. The first morning, as the first light struck the top of the Chaukhamba peak, I thought to capture the beauty with my eyes rather than the camera. This was like filling my soul. So calm it was. My breath caught in my throat and tears filled my eyes. Seemed like a dream come true.
