Welcome to FPC Jackson! I am so excited for this team to be here! I get a real taste of home. First, I am a member of FPC Jackson so this is my home church and it is great to see friends from home. Second, I get a double dose of home because 2 members of the team are from my other home church--FPC Belzoni. So, these are the only 2 churches I have ever been a member of and it is such an encouragement to be with these brothers and sisters in Christ and get a taste of home!
They arrived in Cajamarca Sunday, June 29, and have been laboring diligently all week! They set up a medical/dental clinic that would rival many full time clinics here in Peru! And then each day the rest of the group goes to schools, churches, etc. and holds VBS, plays with the kids and sings songs and tells bible stories. It is amazing how much this team accomplishes in one week!
This is the 10th year that this group has come to Cajamarca! Thank you for your faithful service to the people of Peru. It has been an amazing blessing and we are so thankful for your service!
