I headed off to yoga with Michelle at 5.45 while Kevin had a rest from riding. After yoga we went to Soul Kitchen for a coffee and breakfast for those that wanted it. Michelle, Jane, Nigel, Lisa plus little Vee and Hien who came down. Michael who had paddle boarded from further up the beach sat briefly with us before heading back home on his board. I spoke with Hien about helping her with ITELS and she will call me once she finishes her exams in the next 2 weeks. Kevin got to Monika’s and JA’s just after 9am to help with the moving. He was soon hard at work carrying things down the stairs, carrying the heavy stuff. Susie and Leonard were also there when I arrived. Most of the work had been done so we all watched the workmen load the truck and then the truck followed JA and I on the scooter to Phil Quin’s house where they are storing all their gear until they return to VN in August. They are staying with Phil until they leave on Tuesday. The unpacking of the truck did not take long and we soon had Tiger Beers in hand and just resting. Monika took us to their new house, which is next door for those to have a look that hadn't seen it yet. Kevin was duly impressed and wants one for next year. Susie and Leonard left to go back and get their gear. Meanwhile we changed and all got in the pool. Susie and Leonard came back with some pool floaties that we blew up and threw in the pool. We all tried to float on them and Kevin was the only one able to stay on top of it. Pizza came at 3pm and Kevin left soon after as he had to go to the tailor for a fitting and was then meeting Michael later to watch the AFL at 3 Dragons Bar. He met Jerrie Richmond who organises the lawn bowls in HoiAn. Kevin said we would attend the next game which is on Friday at 7pm. Back at the pool party Megan, Amanda, Cyril and Lisa turned up. We chatted, swam and drank some more until it was time to leave. I gave Lisa a ride back to AnBang before going home. Kevin got home just after I did and he was happy the Crows had lost. He had had a noisy evening with people yelling support for their team. I discovered I had left my phone at Phil’s so will have to pick up in the morning.
