I was up and getting ready for my walk when the building work started. I think 6am is just a little early for the banging to start especially as Kevin is still asleep. Today I did the best time for my morning walk and cut 1 min off my time. Yeh. After breakfast I headed to the beach while Kevin decided to ride to Marble Mountain. Did I mention it is 35C but feels like 42C because of the humidity. I took Kevin's backpack with all his beach needs. I had a lovely 2 hours at the beach when Kevin finally arrived at around 11am. He rode 33 km round trip from the Homestay to Marble Mountain and back to An Bang. We ordered lunch and then Kevin headed back to the Homestay to watch the footy. I went to class at the café / school and Tan had just arrived. She hadn't planned a lesson and also hadn't had lunch so she just wondered off to eat lunch. Well that got me pissed. She eventually came back and decided to review last weeks body parts lesson. I decided to only do the one lesson and so I left at 3pm. I went to Betel to load some books on Calibre for Monika as she wants some books on her iPad or Apple notebook. While I was there Ms Le called the tailor and they came and did my measurements for the dress she wants to make for me. We met Vang and Duc at the traffic lights and went to a local restaurant near Tiger Market where we had Banh Xeo, savoury pancake. Wing was again misbehaving and we don't think he has ever been told No! We then went to Kem for ice cream. Duc had to go and meet his Aunty and so it was just Vang and Wing and us. Kevin walked home while I went to Paddy’s the Irish Bar near Cua Dai to meet Monika and Jean-Ann who were there listening to Hayley No 2 husband sing. I met some other ex pats – Sharon, Stewart, Ellen, Rosie. After one drink I headed home.
