Bloody bugle at 5am again. Up again and off for a walk. Went down as far as the Sheraton Hotel again but went along some back streets. Kevin walked down to the bridge. After breakie headed to Louisiana Brewhouse for a day of sun and sea. Tried a different beer today. Yesterday was Czech beer which was a strong hops taste and today I tried the light beer at 4.5% alchol content and this was better. In avo took bike out and got lost on way back and ended up at the night market but during the day. Had a wonder around and believe this is better than other local market which is a large circular affair which is very hot and confined. Kevin went for another walk to the bridge and back. Takes about 1 hr 10 min. Twice in one day. Kevin now thinks he has a god like body, so toned and strong. Not game to tell him otherwise. Went to Garnesh Indian for tea and had Lamb korma and kevin had Lamb Tikka Masarla.Kevin said it was the best he had ever tasted!!!! Go figure.
