Felicity invited me back to her parents house and to go out with her and her friends when we arrived in Melbourne. Her mum, Judy picked us up from the airport and drove us to her home in Kew.
I met Felicity's dad Russell and a friend of his was over too. Judy made everyone a cooked breakfast and a large plate of fruit and we are outside in the sun :)
Felicity and I showered and then headed to the beach in Brighton with her cousin Jessie. We spent a couple of hours on the beach. It was a beautiful day, about 31 degrees. I fell asleep for most of the time we were there as did Fle since we were very jet lagged.
After the beach we went back to get ready for an evening out in St Kilda with 3 other of her cousins. We had dinner at Radio Mexico and drinks at a bar before heading to a house party.
Sunday, Fle, Judy and I had a girly day... We had manicures and pedicures and then had lunch. We ate in what looked like a coffee shop and the food was delicious. I had a breakfast salad. Judy said it was her treat.
We got back to the house about 5pm and Fle and I had a nap. Judy woke us and said we had better get going to the bus station. She handed me a bag and said it was snacks for the journey ahead... Fruit and an ice bun. How kind of her :)
