Green Card approval day! Random and unexpected news in the morning that my Permanent Residence in the US was approved months earlier than I expected.
Went off to hike the Blue Mountains "Grand Canyon" which was nice. Well marked and popular trail with a few people on it but challenging all the same with a few hundred feet steep drop down to the canyon floor then back up, about 2 hours without breaks and keeping a steady pace.
