The first time Danielle and I met I told her I was looking for someone to go with me to Asia. A year and a half later we are married and headed to Asia. What an excelent first liner, hook line and sinker.
The prep time and expense of this trip has really blown me away. The shots, insurance, gear, reading, tickets, MENTAL PREP, is now x2 with the addition of my wife. Squarring away your life for a trip is difficult, It's like preparing for your own death and then resurrection when you get back. Now with my wife it's double homicide, which is so much messier.
We have made it. We leave tomorrow the 9th at 8:30am and will arive in Bangkok on the 11th of Jan. I have no idea what time it will be. As long as we find a place to crash we'll be fine.
