Yay, India!  Yay, Mumbai!  Actually, we're taking an overnight train tonight to Goa (3rd class a/c...taking Anthony's advice this time, maybe Uncle Larry's next time?...), but we've spent a few good days in Mumbai, and to be honest, I'm not overwhelmed and I don't feel like I need to get the hell out of the chaotic city like everyone said I would...it's actually been quite enjoyable.  Maybe spending 6 months in Africa prepares you for these things.  But in any case, I'm a huge fan of India and I've only seen a very tiny bit of it, but I've already bought a new whole wardrobe (ahhh I've died and gone to my own personal retail heaven!), eaten way too much Indian food (ahhh I've died and gone to my own personal culinary heaven!), I've sweated buckets and buckets (ahh I've died and gone to my own personal outdoor sauna!), and I've perfected the Indian head bobble (anyone who's been to India knows what I'm talking about).  And today, my last day in Mumbai, I've finally found the super fast free wireless internet, so I'm uploading all of my old videos from my last few months in Africa and putting up my photos.  Yay India!

So enjoy the videos and photos and I'll report more about India later (or just upload videos...)

Yeah!..I am so glad you are enjoying. The tailoring is something I have heard much about...and gosh! what I would not give for the authentic Indian food, right now! I taught with a man from India last year. He loved cooking 'the real thing' and I ate with him several times.....haven't found a really good Indian restaurant here yet.
Thanks for sharing!
