Mohamed Soliman was the lucky guy selected as our Travel Documentary Scholarship recipient, recently traveling to Ecuadorian Amazon with Gap Adventures to stay in the jungle with a Quichua family.
His scholarship included mentorship with filmmaker Trent O'Donnell, learning everything you need to know about how to create documentaries on the road - or off the road in this case, deep in the Amazon. Mo formed a bond with his host family and had an extraordinary experience in the jungle discovering Pachamama (mother earth).

Lucky for us, Mo is putting together a short doco on his experience for Nat Geo Adventure, so shortly we will all get to share his journey.
In the meantime, you can read Mohamed's journal.
Welcome back Mo! We can't wait to see your documentary.
