Hello everyone! Just a quick post with a prayer request...I read Psalm 143 yesterday and thought I would throw it out there. Please pray that psalm for me if you think of it. Love you all! Thanks for all your love/prayers/support...we miss you

Meg,Whatever David (Ps. 143) was dealing with seemed crushing to him. He says, "my spirit faints within me." But David was describing what he feels, not what actually was. THE Spirit never fails. Ours does.Focus only on The Spirit inside you. When thoughts of your stressors fill your mind, shift your focus to the Spirit inside you. Use this time to learn about yourself, to listen beyond the challenges in order to hear and know that God will use this for your benefit. He will. And you know He will.David knew it. v. 12: ...you will destroy all the enemies of my soul...God is using this time to teach. Think of it as a time of learning. It is, and you will. :)We will pray for you to find the strength that God has already planted inside of you.

Joshua 1:9Be strong and of good courage. Be not afraid nor be dismayed. The Lord your God is with you wherever you go. When I was in Russia waiting to pick up our daughter Sarah I felt the crushing weight of the enemy trying upon me. It was hard for me to even pray! I would look at God's Word and I almost could not see it. It is at such a time that praise becomes our weapon. Go to the place of praise. Start with the alphabet and praise HIm from A-Z. Something happens in the supernatural when we praise our King. The enemy flees and the Holy Spirit fills us with the peace that passes all understanding! Our family is lifting you up Megan and in fact all four of you. Walk in fact not feelings and KNOW that there are legions of angels surrounding you fighting for you . How do I know ? Because the fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much and there are about a zillion of us praying for all of you. xoxoxoxoxox,Mrs. Rogerson

Joshua 1:9 was running through my mind as I read your blog Megan.(thanks for identifying the actual text Cathy!) What a powerful Psalm to put out there to us! Remember you have each other to raise up and help each other(don't lose faith in each other but lift each other with encouragement, openness, accountability and forgiveness),you are all well equipped to do God's work. The Spirit is there to guide and strengthen you and prayers from more people than any of us realize! I think that's where Cathy got the zillion people!!Megan, you have touched me deeply getting to know you - thankful to God for knowing Mallory has been blessed to have met you. The prayer warriors will pray for protection and I want to let you know that reading Psalm 143 has helped me identify the demons trying to work against me in my own life. Praise God for being our refuge - ALWAYS.Love,Sue
