Once the cocoa seeds are ground, the huskl is then separated from the rest of the seed, by a traditional method of throwing them up in the air, allowing the wind to carry away the lighter husk, so that only the main seed remains.

Last but not the least, the ground cocoa seeds are then pressed manually through a press, and we have chocolate! This is then added to the condensed milk, and gives you the freshest and tastiest chocolate you could ever have!
