Hi there. Nice cob oven. I am looking to build a cob oven in my backyard here in costa rica. Anyone you know who would assist me or that I can hire to ensure it is done properly?

Well, the folks at Rancho Mastatal know - you can contact them via their website. I think they did it through trial and error - although they used a good book, which I've unfortunately forgotten the name of - again, they'll be able to put you onto it.
