It’s always a nice thing to see kids you have been teaching
to swim compete their first full 25meters with 1 stop (no stops are next week).
Ok the tears are always hard to take as it’s not what I want, a kid crying from
swimming, but Alfia finally did it today. After weeks of lessons she finally did
it. Her mum was so amazed. I knew she could do it she just needed the push and
today was the day. And to be honest was very much like the time I took Kyle
swimming and pushed him. He won’t agree now it was the best thing for him but
in many years to come he will and that’s all that matters.
Now I have a few more kids on my swimming lesson slots, I am
now busy from 1.30pm to 5pm every Wednesday. Talk about keeping busy.
