While exploring the sleepy town of Haines, Alaska, I came across this abandoned canoe on the front porch of what used to be a house for enlisted men stationed at Fort William H. Seward.

Beside the Seward Highway, between Anchorage, Alaska and Kenai, one can still see remnants from the 1964 tsunami after the 9.2 Alaskan Earthquake. The once washed away landscape is now coming back and taking over everything that once stood.
