Today, after a very tastey peach ice cream, a few of us took a ferry across to an island near Auckland, I forget the name :(. When we got there we bought an all day bus pass and took the local bus around to a couple of beaches. I had a wee shot on a tree swing at some random place and saw a praying mantis then we got back on the bus and found a nice beach.
Most people went for a paddle in the sea but as I didnt have a towel I lay on the sand and soaked in some sun (listening to Hollow Crown, the best song you could ever listen to on the beach). Very nice!
Tonight I'm just gonna chill, about to make some pasta for tea.
