Here the park's street musicians, normally spread around different parts of the park, have come together to jam as a large crowd of onlookers gathers. Here locals of all ages knock around strangers in cushiony combat at the annual New York City pillow fight. Feathers fly and the remnants of busted pillows litter the ground, while some participants make battle clad in custom costumes. by: matthammen Views[181] Welcome to Washington Square Park, the heart of the historic bohemian neighborhood Greenwich Village.
