After a breathtaking 150kms of superb twisties (as seen in the background), beautiful tarmac (imagine flying past quaint little viillages because the surface beneath you is willing you onwards!) and stunning scenery of barren fields edging their way right up to the base of HUGE mountain peaks that were soaking up the afternoon sun. And to think that most of the group went directly to the hotel because of this morning's rain.
We all later reflected (over 3 pints of Guinness!) that it was probably the best afternoon's riding we had each done.
