Internet Porn is Slowing My Connection

At our beach hut paradise is a fine internet sweatshop, with three computer terminals, a fax and a scanner. A thin little Indian guy runs the shop and is there from dawn, until midnight. The shop is affected by much of the same challenges that other ones in India have… frequent power failures. In addition, the line is only dial up, so still pretty slow. But the thing that really slows it down, is the Indian-boss boy, who sits there downloading large internet porn files. I didn’t realize what he was doing, and took a glance over at his screen… shocked at the image displayed, I called out to him, “hey, what have you got going over there?” He quickly closed out the screen, head down, walked quickly out of the room. I feel bad that I embarrassed the guy… but I’ll tell you the speed of my connection picked up dramatically.
